Wife just Passed. Used to go to store 4 times per month and lived in it at Hospital Parking Lot as needed.
Purchased because wife was very sick and needed to go to bathroom quick and if in a car or van her knees would swell up the size of basketballs but RV had enough space where knees would not swell

We had Roof Sealed Last Year = Never had a leak = Sealed because that is what we were supposed to do

Engine = Needs Major Tuneup
;2 tires replaced = You can drive using tires already on RV = BUT 2 tires are needed if you are going to do things right
Generator wire connected = Very easy to do but I cannot because I cannot bend over anymore
Refrigerator is sometimie = but - we could not level RV because both of us were/are disabled so it might work all the time
Baby is as beautiful in person as is in the pictures
I am selling low enough so the money you should be paying me for this RV can be taken and used to bring Baby back to 100%.
There is a Smog Issue
