We do adoptions in different areas of CA and Las Vegas ***NO CA: We will be doing adoptions next on Saturday, April 20th from 12:30-4pm & Sunday, April 21st from 12-3pm at Campbell Pet Food Express . *Las Vegas: if you are interested in one of our dogs so we can set up to meet with you. We only bring those dogs who are set up to meet with pre-approved applicants.*So. CA: If the dog is fostered in So CA then we can do an adoption any day. We do adoptions by appointment once an application has been submitted and approved. **Please see note at the very bottom of the page regarding adoptions.
* All dogs are spayed or neutered, shots current (DHPPC, Bordatella and Rabies), heartworm tested negative and are microchipped.
* If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application.
* We do not have a facility. All dogs live in foster homes. Arrangements to meet dogs occur after an approved application has been accepted.
* We do not ship our dogs for any reason.
* Our adoption fee is $400 for each dog/puppy.

Hello, my name is Evie. I am a 6 month old female Lynx point Siamese mix. I was saved from death row at the shelter. I had a little bit of 'cat-itude' when I first came to my foster home, mostly because I was scared and a bit on the shy side. But over the past several weeks, I have really blossomed into a very loving kitty. Besides the the fact that I am beautiful (they say I look like a little white tiger), I also love to play with toy mice, the feather wand and the laser light. And I have the softest, sweetest meow ever. My foster home has other cats and a dog, and I get along with everybody. I have been spayed and vaccinated, and I tested negative for FIV and FeLV.
I am in search of a home that will love and take care of me forever. I am a good option for a home who has 'nice' cats or a gentle dog, I seem to bond well with other animals. But because I can get scared of fast movements, a home that has small children is probably not a good option for me. My new home will also understand I may be a little shy at first and they will have to be patient with me. But once I feel comfortable you will see my true personality, which I am told is fabulous! (Generally this must happen prior to the weekend) **If you are wanting to submit an application within 24 hours of an event, please print off the application and bring with you as well as submitting it. You may still submit it and if time and volunteers permit, we will contact you. Most applications submitted the weekend of adoptions are not responded to until after the adoption weekend.
