We do adoptions in different areas of CA and Las Vegas ***NO CA: We will be doing adoptions next on Saturday, April 27th from 12:30-4pm & Sunday, April 28th from 12-3pm at Campbell Pet Food Express . *Las Vegas: We will be doing adoptions by appointment only on Wed. April 30th. if you are interested in one of our dogs please fill out an application so we can set up to meet with you. We only bring those dogs who are set up to meet with pre-approved applicants.*So. CA: If the dog is fostered in So CA then we can do an adoption any day. We do adoptions by appointment once an application has been submitted and approved. **Please see note at the very bottom of the page regarding adoptions.
* All dogs are spayed or neutered, shots current (DHPPC, Bordatella and Rabies), heartworm tested negative and are microchipped.
* If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application.
* We do not have a facility. All dogs live in foster homes. Arrangements to meet dogs occur after an approved application has been accepted.
* We do not ship our dogs for any reason.
* Our adoption fee is $400 for each dog/puppy.

This dog will be at adoptions on Saturday, April 27th at Campbell Pet Food Express from 12:30-4pm and on Sunday, April 28th from 12:00-3:00 pm or until adopted. Chance is 3 years old. He is a pretty big boy, weighing about seventy pounds. Chance has quite a story to tell and since he is unable to, we will do it for him! He, like too many dogs, was brought into an animal shelter as a stray. His family did not come for him as well as he was not adopted by the public. Like so many before him, his time was up. He was literally on the table, tranquilized. The shelter director just couldn't end his life without giving him a little more time. He knew that this was an awesome dog that was going to fulfill a family's life, if given the "Chance". He is now with us awaiting his perfect family to find him. An active family that enjoys spending their time with their dog(s) is what we are looking for. This is a very well behaved, active dog that will need a good amount of daily exercise. (Generally this must happen prior to the weekend) **If you are wanting to submit an application within 24 hours of an event, please print off the application and bring with you as well as submitting it. You may still submit it and if time and volunteers permit, we will contact you. Most applications submitted the weekend of adoptions are not responded to until after the adoption weekend.
