Not all dogs go to our events. Pls read entire biography before emailing. We do adoptions in different areas of CA and Las Vegas ***NO CA: We will be doing adoptions next on Saturday, February 23rd from 12:30-4pm & Sunday, February 24th from 12-3pm at Campbell Pet Food Express . *Las Vegas: Please fill out an application if you are interested in one of our dogs. We do adoptions by appointment 1-2 times a month. If we have more applicants then we will come more often.*So. CA: If the dog is fostered in So CA then we can do an adoption any day. We do adoptions by appointment once an application has been submitted and approved. **Please see note at the very bottom of the page regarding adoptions.
* All dogs are spayed or neutered, shots current (DHPPC, Bordatella and Rabies), heartworm tested negative and are microchipped.
* If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application.
* We do not have a facility. All dogs live in foster homes. Arrangements to meet dogs occur after an approved application has been accepted.
* We do not ship our dogs for any reason.
* Our adoption fee is $400 for each dog/puppy.

This dog will be at adoptions on Saturday, Feb. 9th at the Pet Expo at Cashman Center in Las Vegas from 10:00am-6pm on or until adopted. If you would like the first opportunity to meet this dog, please fill out an application. And the Emmy goes to....our beautiful girl who is 14 weeks old. She is a husky/shepherd mix. She weighs about 18lbs now and will be in the 60lbs range when full grown. She currently lives in a foster home with dogs, cats and children. The litter plays with cats as if they are their playmates. The puppies have no idea that they should have animosity at all towards the cats. They don't but any cat should be ready for their fun loving spirit and playfulness. This litter is also having a blast with the kids in the foster home. We are open to placing with well behaved children whose parents have dog experience. Emmy is full of life and fun. She will make a great hiking, biking and running partner.She will not be as high energy as a typical Husky. But she will have enough energy. She is also a lover girl. When she is comfortable with you she is full of kisses and will crawl right up into your lap. Get out the toys because this girl loves them!

(Generally this must happen prior to the weekend) **If you are wanting to submit an application within 24 hours of an event, please print off the application and bring with you as well as submitting it. You may still submit it and if time and volunteers permit, we will contact you. Most applications submitted the weekend of adoptions are not responded to until after the adoption weekend.
