Not all dogs go to our events. Pls read entire biography before emailing. We do adoptions in different areas of CA and Las Vegas ***NO CA: Saturday, December 15th 11:30-4pm & Sunday, December 16th 11-3pm at Campbell Pet Food Express. If you want to meet a specific dog you must submit an application. Otherwise the dog you are interested in may not be at adoptions. *So. CA: We do adoptions by appointment once an application has been submitted. *Las Vegas: We do adoptions by appointment only. We will set up appointments with our Vegas adopters once an application has been submitted and interview completed. **Please see note at the very bottom of the page regarding adoptions.
* All dogs are spayed or neutered, shots current (DHPPC, Bordatella and Rabies), heartworm tested negative and are microchipped.
* If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application.
* We do not have a facility. All dogs live in foster homes. Arrangements to meet dogs occur after an approved application has been accepted.
* We do not ship our dogs for any reason.
* Our adoption fee is $400 for each dog/puppy.

We are only interested in placing these two dogs together. They are a bonded pair and their adoption total is $400. Tara (5 ½ year old Greyhound mix) and Neela (6 ½ year old Siberian Husky mix) and the most loving dogs! They are currently in the shelter awaiting their home and we have agreed to help place them. They are very attached to each other and will howl if they are separated. They are both fantastic on the leash and well behaved in the yards. They like to play and chase each other in the yards. They are both fine health wise, but Tara is a picky eater. As long as she has some junky wet food on top of her dry food she will eat it. Both dogs love people and will sit still when being pet. Overall just really wonderful dogs! Both dogs are options to go to a home with kids.

(Generally this must happen prior to the weekend) **If you are wanting to submit an application within 24 hours of an event, please print off the application and bring with you as well as submitting it. You may still submit it and if time and volunteers permit, we will contact you. Most applications submitted the weekend of adoptions are not responded to until after the adoption weekend.
