We do adoptions in different areas of CA and Las Vegas ***NO CA: We will be doing adoptions next on Saturday, April 6th from 12:30-4pm & Sunday, April 7th from 12-3pm at Campbell Pet Food Express . *Las Vegas: if you are interested in one of our dogs so we can set up to meet with you. We only bring those dogs who are set up to meet with pre-approved applicants.*So. CA: If the dog is fostered in So CA then we can do an adoption any day. We do adoptions by appointment once an application has been submitted and approved. **Please see note at the very bottom of the page regarding adoptions.
* All dogs are spayed or neutered, shots current (DHPPC, Bordatella and Rabies), heartworm tested negative and are microchipped.
* If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application.
* We do not have a facility. All dogs live in foster homes. Arrangements to meet dogs occur after an approved application has been accepted.
* We do not ship our dogs for any reason.
* Our adoption fee is $400 for each dog/puppy.

This dog will be at adoptions on Saturday, March 23rd at Campbell Pet Food Express from 12:30-4pm and on Sunday, March 24th from 12:00-3:00 pm or until adopted. If you would like to meet this dog then please fill out an application so we will bring this dog to adoptions. Hemingway & Dickens are 14 week old puppies who were dropped off at the shelter from separate families, both claiming they 'found them'. The shelter put them together and well, when we went in to rescue a puppy, we took both of them. Hemingway has a smooth, easy breezy coat. He won't require much maintenance when it comes to grooming. Dickens has the broken coat much like that of a Jack Russell Terrier. But he's going to be like a JRT on steroids! Both dogs are outgoing and friendly. They currently live with dogs (big and small) and they play nonstop with anyone who will play with them. They are a great option to go to the dog park, dog beach or doggy day camp when they are old enough (4 months old). They also live with dog savvy cats who love to play with the puppies. They jump into their area in the house and the puppies have no idea that cats are not just funny looking dogs. They play with them like they do the other dogs. They also live with kids. These pups are options to live with kids of just about any age. These pups are expected to be in the 50-60lbs range when full grown. They have fabulous personalities and are full of love and affection. They are not barkers, have learned to use the doggy door and are crate trained. They play with toys and love to dissemble the toys. We're hoping they learn to put the toys back together! The pups will be fabulous options for hiking, biking, running, going to the dog park, dog beach, doggy day camp and any kind of fun outdoor activities.
