We do adoptions in different areas of CA and Las Vegas ***NO CA: We will be doing adoptions next on Saturday, April 20th from 12:30-4pm & Sunday, April 21st from 12-3pm at Campbell Pet Food Express . *Las Vegas: if you are interested in one of our dogs so we can set up to meet with you. We only bring those dogs who are set up to meet with pre-approved applicants.*So. CA: If the dog is fostered in So CA then we can do an adoption any day. We do adoptions by appointment once an application has been submitted and approved. **Please see note at the very bottom of the page regarding adoptions.
* All dogs are spayed or neutered, shots current (DHPPC, Bordatella and Rabies), heartworm tested negative and are microchipped.
* If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application.
* We do not have a facility. All dogs live in foster homes. Arrangements to meet dogs occur after an approved application has been accepted.
* We do not ship our dogs for any reason.
* Our adoption fee is $400 for each dog/puppy.

This dog will be at adoptions on Saturday, April 20th at Campbell Pet Food Express from 12:30-4pm and on Sunday, April 21st from 12:00-3:00 pm or until adopted. If you would like to meet this dog then please fill out an application so we will bring this dog to adoptions. Merck is a 3 year old Bichonoodle (Bichon-Poodle). He has a non-shedding coat that is an option for those who have allergies or simply want a non-shedding coat. He is crate trained, has learned to use the doggy door and is now working on housetraining. He is great with all dogs of all sizes. He loves to play and is a great companion for other dogs or living by himself. He is also an option to live with cats as he is currently living with cats. He is an option to live with well behaved kids. He currently lives with an 11 year old and sleeps in her room at night. She loves to take him on walks and to jump him over the agility course. He just likes to be with her and he goes where she goes... Merck is a lover boy. He's fun and lively without being hyper. He was a rescue from the shelter. He was listed as a stray. He was completely matted to the skin and had to be stripped down. He was wonderful with the groomer and was so excited to be clean. He is now growing in a beautiful coat and will be looking for a home that will keep him groomed and looking handsome as he is now. Merck is full of personality and is a lover boy. He is a snuggler and a cuddler. He's ready to jump into your life and heart.

(Generally this must happen prior to the weekend) **If you are wanting to submit an application within 24 hours of an event, please print off the application and bring with you as well as submitting it. You may still submit it and if time and volunteers permit, we will contact you. Most applications submitted the weekend of adoptions are not responded to until after the adoption weekend.
