Not all dogs go to our events. Pls read entire biography before emailing. We do adoptions in different areas of CA and Las Vegas *NO CA: Adoptions on Saturday, July 21st at the Campbell Pet Food Express from 4-7pm and on Sunday, July 22nd at the Jack London Square in Oakland at the East Bay SPCA Adoptathon from 10-3pm. We will do the pre-set up adoptions on Saturday. If interested in one of our dogs, please fill out an application. *Las Vegas: If interested in a dog, please submit an application. *So. CA: We do adoptions throughout the week and on the weekends by appointment when an applicant has filled out an application. If interested in one of our dogs, please read the biography and then fill out the application in order to proceed. **Please see note at the very bottom of the page regarding adoptions.
* All dogs are spayed or neutered, shots current (DHPPC, Bordatella and Rabies), heartworm tested negative and are microchipped.
* If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application.
* We do not have a facility. All dogs live in foster homes. Arrangements to meet dogs occur after an approved application has been accepted.
* We do not ship our dogs for any reason.
* Our adoption fee is $400 for each dog/puppy.

This dog will be shown for adoption on Saturday, July 21, at Pet Food Express, xxxx Bascom Ave, Campbell from 4:00pm-7:00pm. If you wish to have the first opportunity to meet this dog, please fill out an application. This dog will attend the East Bay SPCA Adoptathon on Sunday, July 22nd from 10-3pm at the Jack London Square in Oakland if not adopted on Saturday. Friendly is a 10 month old Cairn Terrier-Yorkie and possibly a bit of Maltese in that coat as well. He weighs about 14lbs. True to his name he is friendly and loving. He has a great temperament and loves peoples and gets along well with other dogs. He currently lives with big and small dogs. He can get along well with anyone from the dogs in the play group at doggy day camp to those at the dog park he frequents with his foster home. He currently lives with a big and small dog and a 10 year old child. He is an option to live with kids who have dog experience (a dog living in their home not just visiting). If there is an adult only home and they have limited dog experience he would still be a good option. Friendly will enjoy going places with his people or just hanging out at home. Friendly is an option to live in an apartment or condo setitng. He's not a barker and he will enjoy walks around the neighborhood. His coat will not continually grow from this length. But if a shorter length is desired he is an option to be cut down very short. It's not thick so either style works well season to season.

(Generally this must happen prior to the weekend) **If you are wanting to submit an application within 24 hours of an event, please print off the application and bring with you as well as submitting it. You may still submit it and if time and volunteers permit, we will contact you. Most applications submitted the weekend of adoptions are not responded to until after the adoption weekend.
